What we offer
01. Ink-jet printing
It is a method to transfer to any point of fabrics of various nature exact quantities of liquid inks, synthesized from suitable dyes, to accurately reproduce the drawings and colors contained in an electronic files.
02. Design & Archive
We offer customized variants and exclusive designs. We also have our archive of our artworks that customer can use as a starting point for personalized decorations or as purchased artwork.
03. preparation & corinatura
We make sure the fabric is free of impurities. We verify the alignment for a precise print, integrating this phase through tools called "corino", thus ensuring the absolute accuracy of the straight raw before the printing.
04. The steaming
The steaming is an important step that fixes the colors to the fabric. This process is done internally.
05. washing
Washing is essential to remove dye residues and thickeners from the printed fabric, ensuring its optimal quality and solidity.
06. Finishing
Some fabrics may require extra treatments to improve the hand of the fabric according to the customer requirements. If necessary, we directly handle the finishing even if it is external process.
07. quality control
We perform a complete daily check of the printed pieces using a special machine called "specola". This allows accurate visual verification, ensuring high print quality and allowing you to check and promptly resolve, if it is possible, any defects.
08. warehouse
We have a large warehouse, where we store the fabrics of customers after preparing them for the printing. This allows us to be more rapid during the process, saving valuable time: already having the fabrics ready, we can print when required, quickly.

The flexibility of the ink-jet printing allows us to print on all natural fabrics.
Each fabric responds differently to the color, and for this reason we always proceed to do a sample of each new design on the new fabrics, in order to verify the match of the color according to the customer’s needs.
Once we have achieved the shades, the sharpness and the optimal overall effect, we proceed with the approval of the customer.
Digital printing guarantees a good quality comparable with the printing of traditional way.

The only fabric that cannot be printed directly is polyester, for which, being a synthetic fabric, transfer printing technology is used.
